Desert Dude Woodworks creates handcrafted furniture, décor, sculptures, and artwork using desert driftwood, reclaimed wood, recycled materials, and other natural elements.

Because every piece is handmade and often created from naturally weathered materials, no two items are identical. Variations in grain, texture, color, cracks, knots, dimensions, and natural imperfections are part of the character and uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.

2. Product Availability
Many items displayed on this website are one-of-a-kind creations.

Availability is subject to prior sale. We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or remove products at any time without notice.

3. Custom Orders
Custom commissions may require a deposit before work begins.

Custom order details, pricing, estimated completion dates, and payment terms will be agreed upon in writing prior to project commencement.

Deposits on custom work are generally non-refundable once materials have been purchased or fabrication has begun.

4. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Quoted custom project prices are valid only for the period specified in the quote.

5. Payment
Payment must be received before products are released or shipped unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs, delivery schedules, and special handling requirements vary based on the size, weight, and destination of the item.

Large furniture or artwork may require freight delivery, white-glove service, or local pickup.
Desert Dude Woodworks is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers should inspect all shipments upon delivery and notify us promptly of any shipping-related damage.

7. Returns & Refunds
Because many items are custom-made, commissioned, or one-of-a-kind, all sales may be considered final unless otherwise stated in writing.

If a product arrives damaged during shipment, please contact us within five (5) days of delivery and provide photographs of the damage and packaging so that a claim may be evaluated.

Approved returns must be authorized in advance.

8. Intellectual Property

All photographs, artwork, logos, designs, text, and website content are the property of Desert Dude Woodworks and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Desert Dude Woodworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or any products purchased through it.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product.
